Business Alerts

Create Awareness - Business Alerts monitors databases across the enterprise looking for specific criteria or events, then delivers the right information to the right people at the right time, every time.

Business Alerts monitors the databases of your core business applications for specified activity and then automatically communicates details about that activity to the appropriate customers and personnel via email.

Data Agent Server (DAS)

Take Action - Data Agent Server is an upgrade to Business Alerts, adding the ability to move, add or change records between databases in an automated fashion. DAS automates workflow, integration and business processes across multiple applications, updates databases and Microsoft Back Office, prints and delivers reports, executes SQL statements, launches other programs and more.

The processes you create to generate automated notification or integration can be distributed to other WorkWise servers, allowing an easy method for sharing industry-specific "best practices." While an understanding of databases will help when using WorkWise applications, no programming skills are required
