Introducing EccoTime
EccoTime is a 100% web based timesheet system that makes using a Quickbooks solution much easier and affordable. It makes entering time a snap when your workers are on the move because they can log in from any computer that has a browser . Employees will love this because it automatically adds up all their time by day and project. Managers will have immediate access to information about how much time is used against each project.
Benefits to the eccoTime system:
1. Easy to read format, similar to familiar paper system
2. Project and daily totals automatically update
3. Timesheet Report format is readily printable.Shows change history:
4. Allows easy entry of descriptive notes (click on button next to project/day)
5. Allows easy management of an n-tier organization (who supervises whom)
6. Timesheets must be approved by supervisor before being exported to accounting.
7. Supervisor can reject timesheets with description so that employee can fix and re-submit it.
8. All corrections and change history are tracked for DCAA compliance
9. Employee can digitally sign their timesheet
10. Imports and Exports data in Quickbooks IIF format so that you can throw away the QB timer program.
11. Project reports so that manager can see how much time is charged against a project either from their own employees or other people
12. Manager can see how much vacation and sick time each employee has taken in a given time frame
13. Reporting period (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc) is defined by system administrator
14. e-mail reminders can be automatically sent to remind employees that they need to keep their timesheet up to date 15. Option bar (on top) differs for each job position.
